They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time.
