GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST. Lasher Harriman is a good dentist and I had recommended them to people for years. However, I have changed my mind based on some new business practices Dr Lasher has started as of July 2013. Dr Lasher wants every patient to have their blood pressure checked at the start of an office visit. If your blood pressure is high, he will not even conduct a routine tooth exam to tell you if everything is okay or not. Nor will he allow a cleaning or any other dental procedure to be conducted. Since his office performed a medical check (blood pressure check, obviously not dental), they will still charge for an office visit, but not actually do anything dental to you before sending you on your way. While his office does good work, it is now a money making venture no longer concerned with dental treatment. I am looking for a new dentist after wasting a vacation day to go there and getting charged to have my BP checked with no dental work to follow. GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST.
