I was impressed with their financing options. They were very flexible, and were willing to work with me and my insurance company. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They seemed to be an expert in every type of braces. They fully explained the advantages and disadvantages of everything from metal braces to Invisalign. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
