They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
