They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
