It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
