They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
