I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. Patient education was excellent. Knew just what to expect after surgery and understood what we needed to do for a successful recovery. Office staff made it clear that a Doctor would be available on call by phone in case we had concerns or problems developed anytime.
