I went there for a cleaning and thoughts the place was great. The office is small and street parking can be a problem, but there is a parking garage next door. The staff is very friendly aand the doctor answered all my questions.

I called to make an appointment. I was in a great deal of pain. After his secretary/dental assistant (yes you read that right she does both jobs) booked my appointment I asked her what would be the best over-the-counter pain reliever to take because I was in amazing pain. She said "I don't know."

I wanted to not go after that but he's then only Fallon Plan dentist near Lowell.

Dr. Stoltzmann determined that I needed a root canal and gave me a referral and two prescriptions. One for pain and an anti biotic. I told him that I have diverticulitis and that I can't take Clindamisin. I told him this twice. When I got to my pharmacy they gave me Clindomisin! AND they could not fill the Tylenol with codeine script because Soltzmann did not indicate a strength. The Pharmacy called him THREE times and he did not call back. They told me to try going to his office in person. I tried calling and left a message. Then I called again and spoke to his secretary who said "I have been out sick and he doesn't check the voice mail."

Great.

After 7 days I called again as the new antibiotic was never prescribed and no one ever called me back. Finally today I called and left a stern message explaining that I have called them 5 times, the pharmacy three times and he never called anyone back and that I am in a ton of pain and need my anti biotic and that he needs to call me right away.

He called me back within minutes and said he didn't like my tone and that he will not treat me and to go to the emergency room and that I was a liar that he only received one call and that I was rude and then he hung up on me. I called back to apologize for my tone, which really I was justified in my frustration, and he hung up one me again.
