I was told 2 years ago by the staff at this office that I needed 2 root canals and 14 cavities filled. I had three cavities filled there in a separate appointment, and it took a very long time. I was very uncomfortable. The only good thing about my visit was a dental assistant held my hand while I got my novocaine shots, after being in tears and demanding someone to hold on to. I didn't want to get root canals, I was so scared, and then lost my dental insurance. I went to a DIFFERENT dentist for the FIRST TIME in two years yesterday. I was told I only have 7 cavities, 4 of which are very very tiny, and would not have been present 2 years ago. I am not at all reassured that the staff at Dental Associates of Lowell had my best interest and well being in mind. I love my new dentist, won't ever go back to these awful people.
