I was in menopause and needed hormones tested per my pcp. Dr preston wanted an endometrial biopsy for no reason. My paps had been fine. I thought this was invasive especially with my estrogen so low. She still refused to help me. The manager Kelly told me dr preston would no longer see me because i missed appts which is a lie. They sent me Dr Michael Ira Riech Salem Ma. Telling me he would check my hormones but only if i submitted to a pap. I had already had many but I reluctantly agreed. Dr riech would not let me speak when I tried an introduction he was very rude and performed unconsented tissue removal and something so painful I cried in fear and jumped up into seated position. His assistant never helped or showed concern. She kept her eyes at all times in the doctor. They both ignored me and waited for me to lay back down. The speculum was still inside me. I was left with prolapse. Stretched out vagina. Burnjng nerve damage and strange bleeding for months. These doctors are cruel. Stay away if you value your health and want doctors who value trust and life
