Dr. Smith and her staff are wonderful. I haven’t had any issues with booking or waiting too long. She is helpful and informative. I’m currently seeing her for my second pregnancy as I was very happy with her during my first.

Avoid Karen, the butcher Smith at all costs. She is mentally unstable, does not listen to my (patient's) wishes, and does not deal well with patients like me who don't deal well with pain. During examination, she stopped mid way because she couldn't deal with my crying out of sheer pain and panic, stepped out of the room and with an attitude said that she can't work like this. She is as cold as they get, and very rude. Very little respect for me as her patient, robotic almost. Scary experience. Stay away.
