I have been going to this practice for 4 yrs and finally decided I needed to find another dentist. At my last cleaning they took full mouth xrays and the hygenist jammed the xray plates so far into my mouth the plates cut the roof of my mouth. She actually ended up w/ xrays of my sinus cavity. I don't know why I made an appointment to have an old cavity replaced after that experience but I did. I had an evening appointment that they called me in for 20 minutes late. The music they played in the waiting room was depressing country music and I had to listen to that for a half hour while I waited. I also got to listen to the receptionist cough the entire time. When they finally called me in for my appt the hygenist dropped a metal tray full of metal instruments on the floor. I ended up cancelling my appt. I will find another dentist that treats his/her patients with basic courtesy.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. They are very organized and professional. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions, but the dentist isn't always available when I expected her to be. This provider does not have coupons but accepts some dental discount programs but you have to pay. They recommended a few dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I don't plan on going back

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left
