Arrogant and dismissive.

Dr. Russell is an excellent diagnostician. He listens carefully, and asks good questions to try to make his assessment of your condition as accurate and precise as possible. He never made me feel rushed or insignificant. He did not leap to a surgical solution, as other neurologists I've encountered seem to do. Good dry sense of humor as well.
