There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I have had a great deal of difficulty getting my regiment of asthma medications refilled when I need them most.
