They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
