I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
