They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.
I always kidd with Dr. T and his staff! Excellent dental care and an extremely freindly and professional experience every time I have a dental appointment with Dr. Thompson. He has been my dentist for over 12 years. Highly recommended by me.

I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment; it's normal for me. I have never had excessive pain or any "mistakes" that hurt me.These folks listen better than most. And gawd, are they nicer than the grouches at my regular doctor's office. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
So here's the real story: I am the biggest chicken in the world, and for that reason, my dental care suffered for years. When I found Dr. Thompson, I was delighted. However, my job, my draconian boss, and finally a health care scare that I feared would end in a hysterectomy kept me out from making a routine appointment. Over a holiday weekend, a filling became painful, and Dr. Thompson saw me the second day that the office was back open. I was afraid that he'd make me wait another week, but no, he said he could do it right then after I was numbed up and after I had gotten the small dose of anti-anxiety drugs I requested. (I gave the office staff my keys just in case I felt great but was stupid.) I felt nothing. The meds have worn off, and all I feel is the irritation of the procedure itself and my usual gumline issues.
Plus he put up with me bawling from shame and frustration.
