They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I believe that Dr. Tingle is more concerned with making money than helping children. In regards to billing our insurance we had spoken with their staff earlier who had not followed through on what they told us they would do and Dr. Tingle made a point to speak with my wife and let her know that they were not going to resubmit the documentation. Our insurance had informed us that if they would resubmit the claim with the dentist actually doing a narrative (which he did not do the first time) they would approve it, however Dr. Tingle insisted that he would not resubmit the claim regardless. His office did aggressively offer to refer us to a lender for my child's work. I felt like the needs of my family were not met and most importantly not cared about. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed but after reading other reviews on this site I should have known. If you want the best for your children then take them somewhere else.
