his is NOT the same dental office post COVID before they closed and have since re-opened under new name. The staff is unprofessional and the doctors/dentist that practice there do not treat their patients with dignity nor professionalism. Do NOT go here. Especially for pain!! I am in need of 2 root canals per their x-rays but prior to knowing have had extreme pain and had to wait 30 days to be seen and on the day of my appointment at 9am I received a call that all the doctors called in sick and had to reschedule. The clerk rescheduling said I should be happy I still get to see them within a week. On the day of my appointment I was told pain meds and antibiotics would be sent to pharmacy they where NOT. I had to call for 2 days multiple times to see what was going on and and listen to lies. Yes lies!! Example of "unprofessional" behavior. They said the reason why the pharmacy doesn't have my antibiotics is because it's a shortage in the world and it was on the news. I contacted my pharmacy and they said they are not short on supply they just don't have a prescription.. it's almost a week later and I still do not have my antibiotics. I received pain meds that do not work and told them and they said the per the ADA the dentist can't prescribe anything stronger than ibuprofen. This is why I say they don't treat their patients with dignity. If you can see the pain and as a dentist know that it's highly likely I'm in intolerable pain considering my hospital visits while waiting to be seen why not help your patient. Narcotics are not the only option to treat pain, so don't use that as an excuse, I refuse to believe there is absolutely nothing you can do but a good start would be GETTING MY PRESCRIPTION OF ANTIBIOTICS OVER TO MY PHARMACY cause maybe I have an infection at this point... The absolute worse dental practice I've ever been to!! You just need to know it's not the same professional staff of the past... Don't go!

Quite frankly, I wasn't too impressed with their own level of oral hygiene. It wasn't horrible but it definitely made me uneasy. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. EVER. Failed fillings, Dr. Mason forgot what tooth we were even working on until his assistant said something...he would've drilled on a perfect tooth. If I had know how terrible they were, I never would have gone. The assistants are just rude and seemed to hate their job. I was left in the chair for an hour by myself and throughout the procedure, the assistant was rushed to get done in time for lunch. If I could give Dr Mason and his associates ZERO stars, I would.
