After years and many types of treatment, I found the only doctor who was able to help and diagnose correctly my degenerative disc disorder as well as prescribe a series of treatments that help correct the condition and alleviate the pain including minor invasive surgical procedures, therapy and medicines. I say again, Dr. Fransisco Ward was the only doctor able to give me relief from my chronic neck and back pain. The new staff is a big improvement over the old staff. I can not stress enough how gracious I feel towards Dr Ward and his staff that have helped me with my pain. Being pain free is such a wonderful feeling after being down and out from the pain. Thank you very much Dr. Ward!

BEWARE. This doctor is horrible. His first answer is, "cut the nerve." That should be the LAST option when all else fails. I went to his office 4 times and waited over 1 hour each time to be seen. On the 4th visit I was not lucky enough to see him actually. It was a follow up to a procedure from two weeks ago that did not work. I was not expecting a co-pay. I politely asked to pay in a a few days or on the next visit. I was VIOLENTLY told no. Supposedly they paged the doctor and he said, "no co-pay, no assistance." this doctor does NOT care about your health...only money. Avoid this doctor like the plague. He might know how to operate and prescribe drugs but unless you add green to his pocket, you will be asked to leave...or removed. GOOD LUCK. Just stay away.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
