They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Thank you so much, Dr. Cox and your assistant! I love my new smile! You both were so kind and patient with me. Words alone can't express how pleased I am with the kindness you all showed me!

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
