I work night shift and accidently slept through my first appointment. A terrible mistake I know. Now this business refuses to schedule me at all! What a nasty desperate business. The staff advised me that they hadn't seen me since 2009. One mistake in 14 years? Tough standards.

I broke my jaw tooth on a Monday morning and no one in Hardinsburg, Ky would see me because I didn't have dental insurance. I called Dr. Devries and they saw me and pulled my tooth the next day.The staff was extremely friendly and did not treat me any differently because I didn't have dental insurance. Thank you all so much for your kindness.
