MUST READ!
I went into Gentility a few months ago knowing that I needed a crown and possibly a few fillings. The appearance of the office is very welcoming however their service and client treatment was absolutely appalling. Let me explain… They did an examination and went on to tell me I needed several crowns…. We then came up with a game plan to get my dental health on track. I scheduled my first crown a week later and Dr. Gill was to do the procedure. The procedure was painless and from what Dr. Gill said, was successful. Later that night when the numbing medication wore off I began experiencing excruciating pain… I took some over the counter medication and waited 3 days. At the 3rd day I was still in unbearable pain, I couldn’t bite down and was having a hard time sleeping through the pain. I called Gentility explaining my issue they had me come in and Dr. Hedibrect saw me and found that my crown tooth was taller than the others, he fixed that and claimed I would find relief in 3 days. 3 days later I am still experiencing the same symptoms… Can hardly eat, sleep, and find little relief with my over the counter medication. I called Gentility yet again sharing that I am still experiencing awful pain. They tell me to come back in. I’m thinking one of the Dr.s is going to examine me with efforts of fixing whatever was wrong with me! No, a hygienist comes back and talks to me about suffering from dental phobia, and how dental work does cause some trauma and pain. At this point it has been 2 weeks of me being in constant pain, and they did nothing to help fix what they messed up. I even saw Dr. Gill walk by when the hygienist was talking to me, she didn’t come in to talk to me or anything. If I was a Dr. and I knew a patient of mine was having an issue with my work I would do anything I could to make that right. By my 4th time in this office the receptionists were rude and the Dr.s didn’t care. DO NOT GO TO GENTILITY.
I ended up going to an oral surgeon who did a root canal and reconstructed the crown that he claimed was poorly done. I never write reviews but this experience was so awful I wanted to try to save anyone from going through the same thing.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are so kind and attentive to me. Dr. Heidebrecht and his staff all make me feel comfortable and important, and most of all safe! I have a lot of problems with my teeth due to the fact I have had very bad dental experiences in the past... I only wish every Dentist was as focused on me and concerned about my welfare and dental health and comfort as Dr. Heidebrecht and his staff! And when he refers me to other providers, they are always the best around in their field and also have true hearts for their patients...
The very first time I visited was due to an emergency and they got me in right away and treated me as though I was their only patient! And after only one visit, they ALL know me by name when I come to visit. I cannot imagine on ever going to another dentist ever! I have found the best and am so very thankful! When it concerns my dental work, I am always given options with thorough explanations of them all so I, not them, can make a sound decision for what is best for me. I am respected and listened to. I am never interrupted, and always treated like a queen!
Dr Heidebrecht's staff all love and respect him, and he them. It is like a family there.... everyone working together, all very knowledgeable, and all seem to love eachother very much. That in itself makes a peaceful and welcoming environment. I just love this place!! And from one who has always loathed dentists, that is saying quite a lot! Again, I am forever grateful to Dr. Heidebrecht and his staff!
