They made sure every question I had was answered thoroughly. I believe that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. This office and building were handicap-accessible. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They did a very thorough investigation of my medical history to make sure that I would receive the most beneficial treatment. I felt like they really cared about me.

I am currently seeing Dr Smoller. I have seen him only a few times so far, but he seems very knowledgeable and has held positions in the medical community that help me feel like he is interested in keeping current with research and medicines. Their office was very quiet- dead even- just the way you want it to be. The staff (ie the secretary) is great- very unlike my experience at most dr offices in DC- which is filled with surly staff.
