They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable.
