Dr. Willis has served on the Communication Council of the Indiana Dental Association (IDA), had been a director of the Northwest Indiana Component of the IDA and served on its Peer Review Committee. He is an associate member of the Chicago Dental Society and a member and past president of the La Porte County Dental Society. He is a member and past president of the MSD of New Durham Township school board and is currently president of the Westville Area Chamber of Commerce.
