Dr. Pasha's office has double billed my insurance and I, for TWO appointments now. I have paid almost $400 to this office and they turned around and billed my insurance and were paid! They even tried to overcharge my insurance, over the agreed upon contract amount. They have also used incorrect dates and coding with my insurance. I have tried to contact them for 3 weeks now and have been told repeatedly that the accountant/billing woman is unavailable or not there. Three weeks with over a dozen calls. I have filed complaints with my health insurance fraud department, The Better Business Bureau, Maryland Attorney General, Maryland Board of Physicians and Consumer Protection Division. They will not refund my money or even return my phone calls. I am left to find a new PCP and to hire an attorney to get my money back from these people. Before this FRAUD even occurred, my wait times were always well over an hour in a tiny, dirty office. DO NOT GO HERE and DOUBLE CHECK YOUR EOB (explanation of benefits) with your insurance providers!
