I first seen Dr. Ringo about a year ago. I transfered dentist because I had moved from out of state. I had to take a FMX which was fine because my insurance covered it. Then he decided he also wanted to take a pano which was going to cost me about 120 out of pocket. I should have known then.

I was also told I needed deep cleanings. I had always been on 6mrc and never missed a appt. I got the deep cleanings done then the next visit he wanted more X-rays. Forget that! I went to another dentist and he said my bone level and hygiene was perfect and where he wanted to do root canals I only needed amalgams. Be ready to empty your pockets with this one

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time.
