I began going to this filthy office about 9 months ago for what I thought was a pretty straightforward problem. I still have never seen the doctor, only the physician's assistant (who was unprofessional) and the handful of informal and sometimes rude tech staff, because I had t o submit myself to 4 or 5 rounds of unneccessary test visits, utilizing equipment that was dirty and/or admittedly faulty. No one followed up on me for any of these, and worst of all, it took two weeks for the doctor to finally authorize a refill for a prescription which caused me horrific side effects when I could not obtain it..

I have been going to this doctor's office for almost two years.............I have never seen the doctor at all. He has a physician's assistant who is rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. I have serious medical issues that have never fully been addressed...period. The doctor is never in this office. On one of the rare occasions that i went into the office to speak with him regarding my health, he was too busy entertaining drug salesmen. After 1.15 hours, I left. His staff is rude and condesending discussing patient information within earshot of patients. Recently, I was hospitalized with the same condition that was diagnosed by his office and was never treated for. The hospital and I both tried to get in contact with him and were told he was not available and no one could discuss my case with the attending physician....only to find out that he was in the office and could have passed on the information that was needed. To this day, he still has not returned either the physician or my phone call. I sat in his waiting room and listened to numerous individuals complain about wait time, unprofessionalism of staff and their cases being mishandled. I won't be going back.
