Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The doctor is gentle, she is courteous, knowledgeable and explains dental procedures well. She does not start working on teeth before the area is total numb. My family really likes her and trusts her. Her staff is very courteous as well.

The office is comfortable with great reading material everytime I am in the office. The chairs are comfortable. I am greeted by name on each visit. The whole staff is courteous, polite, friendly up to and including the dentist, Dr. Zekonis (female). She is gentle and is not excessively rough when she does my cleaning. She explains the procedures well and answers questions. I never get pressured to have procedures that are unnecessary and I truly believe that I get the best care possible from her. I get reminders of appointments which are important to me. She is understanding if I am nervous. She does not start procedures until I am totally numb. Parking is close, the neighborhood appears to be safe (near U of I campus). I have recommended her to several people both singles and those with children.
