I am firing Dr. Altman. After having an IUD placed based on her recommendation, I am experiencing terrible acne. She never stated this as a side effect when I spoke with her about any potential problems. So, when I called her office to tell her I'm having a problem, she said I could "try something over the counter (never specified what something - face wash, medicine, what?), call my primary care and last, but the worst decision, have it taken out." Terrible service. She gave me something that is causing terrible side effects but is refusing to help take care of the problem. Unbelievable. I will never see her again!
