This 'so-called Dentist' is more interested in saving the office money by using sub-par composite fillings and then the trying to sell additional serviices that are NOT needed. We will be checking with the Dental licensing board to file complaint. Suzeete Nikas only wants to make as much money as she can. Her 1st priority should be patient care.
I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. When I left my appointment, I honestly couldn't tell if they cleaned my teeth or not. They didn't feel any cleaner at all. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly.
They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It took 3 months to get an appt to fill a cavity and when I arrived for the 1st appt of the day, I had to wait 20 minutes. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. I got a long lecture about the medication I take for other medical issues, telling me I should go off these meds. NOT professional at all.
