This 'so-called Dentist' is more interested in saving the office money by using sub-par composite fillings and then the trying to sell additional serviices that are NOT needed. We will be checking wit h the Dental licensing board to file complaint. Suzeete Nikas only wants to make as much money as she can. Her 1st priority should be patient care.
I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. When I left my appointment, I honestly couldn't tell if they cleaned my teeth or not. They didn't feel any cleaner at all. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly.
They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It took 3 months to get an appt to fill a cavity and when I arrived for the 1st appt of the day, I had to wait 20 minutes. They gave about the same lev el of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. I got a long lecture about the medication I take for other medical issues, telling me I should go off these meds. NOT professional at all.
