went as a new patient and was assured by the front desk staff (Justine) that my AETNA coverage was valid. I am supposed to pay only the office visit fee. When I told her I thought I wasn't covered and would have to go to another dentist she assured me that I was covered and so I went in and let her copy my AETNA card so she could check before my actual visit and 2 days later she told me again I was fully covered. So after my visit I received a bill for the full amount of my cleaning/checkup and when I called to find out what happened she (Justine) told me that coverage was denied and nothing they (dentist office) can do about it. Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to use this office. Justine is also the Dentist wife so there is obviously only the dollars they can bring in as their main concern.
