I've gone to dr. Mazzei for 10 years along with the other 4 members of my family. Never have I had a bad experience. She is a master of her field, compassionate, available, professional. She even went so far as to accompany me to have a tooth pulled on her day off, because I was fearful. I don't understand the one review. Not congruent with all the years of experience we've had. we drive 25 miles to go to her..that's how good she is. Best ever.

My visit with Dr. Mazzei was very PAINFUL. Tears rolling down my cheeks did not deter Dr. Mazzei who could have cared less. I have a very high threshold of pain and this was crazy painful for no good reason, I've been to many dentists having root canals and worse and was never in such pain. I will never go back to her. My husband is currently home sick from work suffering from a simple filling gone awry from Dr. Mazzei. Her solution is not to come in on her day off to fix her mistake, but rather to prescribe YET ANOTHER kind of pain pill.

She answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was detrimental. I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.
