Dr. Brochu and his staff are amazing - the perfect balance between professional and friendly. They know all of the patients by name and really get to know the families. Dr. Brochu's work is the best I have seen. He has decades of experience and no fancy equipment can replace that. I am always seen on time - I usually get called right back when I walk in. No waiting around a half hour in the waiting room here! My calls are always answered promptly - again, no waiting around forever for a call back. They keep things simple, friendly and efficient at this office. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Brochu and the ladies he works with.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and my children.Dr. Brochu and his staff make me and my family feel special. He is always on time with appointments. He makes it easy for me to plan my day due to his promptness. My children have beautiful smiles. My dentist is happy with Dr. Brochu's results. He is without a doubt the best orthodontist in Lake County.
