Do my kids have straight teeth, yes. Are the staff members friendly, most of them, as long as you don't have to deal with anyone in billing! Could I have gone some place else and achieved the same results, probably. If money is no object than go ahead and take your kids here, but if your on a budget stay away. Ortho treatments here will cost in excess of $6000 per kid for 24 months. Both my son and daughter were patients for the small price of $12,000! 3 months after finishing treatment I am still waiting for a refund of $100. One would think that $12,000 was enough but apparently not. I have made several calls, certified mail, even gone in person to no avail. After the billing department treated me like a first class criminal for a $25 balance, " well the Dr did perform services and it's just not fair to make him wait, after all you did sign a contract." Yes i did and I also overpaid the dear dr and how long should I have to wait! Maybe I should be able to charge a service fee for not being payed on time too. I have very little doubt that I will ever see my $100 so do yourself a favor and go some where else!
