I've never been to this place because I cannot get an appointment. The phone just rings. It's a drag to have a dental HMO because the choices are few and the care is often not the best. I can't imagin e having this office as my dental go-to when they don't even make an effort to answer the phone. I even told my insurance company they don't answer the phone so they tried calling and called me back and said the same thing. When I tried another time in January, there was a message saying they were closed for a vacation and wouldn't return until a date in February. Ridiculous!
I've been trying for a few weeks to get an appointment with this place. I cannot go to my last dentist because they completely botched my root canal and I refuse to go through that again. I had been T OLD that this place was better and would do a wonderful job. I have yet to even SCHEDULE an appointment. I've called every day for a few weeks, and no one ever picks up. The receptionist, Donna, needs to be let go. If/when she calls back, she leaves snarky messages and implies that I am incompetent. I have explained in every voicemail I've left that I work a 9am to 6pm job, M-F and have only one 30 minute break each day that I can call or receive calls, and she has made no attempt to reach me at my specified time. They need to either fire her and get someone who does properly know how to work a telephone, or hire more people.
