I've been trying for a few weeks to get an appointment with this place. I cannot go to my last dentist because they completely botched my root canal and I refuse to go through that again. I had been TOLD that this place was better and would do a wonderful job. I have yet to even SCHEDULE an appointment. I've called every day for a few weeks, and no one ever picks up. The receptionist, Donna, needs to be let go. If/when she calls back, she leaves snarky messages and implies that I am incompetent. I have explained in every voicemail I've left that I work a 9am to 6pm job, M-F and have only one 30 minute break each day that I can call or receive calls, and she has made no attempt to reach me at my specified time. They need to either fire her and get someone who does properly know how to work a telephone, or hire more people.

The dentist is great. His secretary is lazy and rude! however, she will act very nice when the dentist is around. she needs to be fired. she never calls back when i leave a message for an appointment. i have to keep calling and act irritated when i leave messages.

Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the message stated that someone would get back to me SHORTLY. Well its been over 2 weeks since my first call & I have called everyday since to try to reach someone. Not one person has EVER answered & not one person has EVER called back since my first phone call. What constitutes as SHORTLY in my book is less then 2 business days, it's been over 13 since I left a message. Still waiting for that urgent response I was promised. If they can't answer the questions of their existing clients then how can they take on more responsibility? Hope they care for people's teeth better then their customer service shows.
