I sent them a 25.00 check for my son's x-rays to be sent to his new dentist, 3 weeks after they cashed my check I had to call them and REMIND them to mail them. My new dentist called me today saying they recieved copies of the xrays that they can NOT read, they have NO NAME or DATE on them (so they can't do anything). I called them back and asked for help and they are too BUSY! My son refused to go back to them, he said "they were drilling when I wasn't even numb yet!!! and they would give him another shot and start again to drill and he wasn't numb!!! A total NIGHTMARE!!! NOT a "DREAM".
