The waiting room was packed. I left work early to get to my apt on time only to have to sit and wait for almost an hour. The lady at the desk was rude when I mentioned this to her stating that they do have a busy office. When we finally did get back there (myself and 2 boys) it felt very rushed. The lady cleaned my teeth did an awesome job, I will say but when the dentist finally came in, he spent literally 3 minutes looking into my mouth. My two boys had no cavities and they had to ask for toothbrushes and toothpaste. I was not given any. I asked the dentist to file a chip on my son's front tooth and when my son got it the car I noticed it was not done. I think the dentist was in too big of a hurry. Also, I understand why they won't let more than 3 people per family come in at a time, but it really stinks to have to have my third son just sitting there waiting and not be able to be seen. We are going to take our chances with another office a few blocks away.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
