The staff answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The staff, particularly Deb, was not very friendly. I didn't feel welcome there, especially by Deb the snippy receptionist who always makes you feel as though you are bothering her. She is very unprofessional in her dress as well as her attitude. If I were Titus, I would place a more personable, professional and friendly at my front office. I felt like my needs were mostly met by Titus, but the office staff didn't make any extra effort to make me feel welcome. Deb and Sonia will scowl at you when you are 5 minutes late, however, my daughter once waited nearly one hour with no apology at all!! Dr Titus is OK--not the best dentist but acceptable. He is certainly hen-pecked by his female staff who seem to only care about getting out the door and home exactly at closing time regardless of their patients' needs. This sentiment was actually expressed verbally by Deb! The facilities are really dumpy as well. Find an office with a friendlier, kinder and more professional staff who appreciate your business!

They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
