In my opinion, Mr. Delacey was incredibly rude, obnoxious, and argumentative. In fact, he made negative comments to me before I even met him! After my cleaning was done, he approached me from behind and made some negative comments before I even met or even saw him. He never even introduced himself. I was stunned by his behavior. My only regret is that I didn't get up and walk out on the spot but I did cancel future appointments and I wouldn't even think of going back to his dental clinic again. I have no idea if he was having a bad day or if he is like that all the time but he was totally unprofessional, in my opinion, and there is no excuse for his behavior. One the other hand, the facility was nice and I liked the other employees including a young dentist who also works at the clinic who I had two appointments with in the past. But Mr. Delacey was so obnoxious, in my opinion, that I will never go to the clinic again and I cannot recommend it to anyone.
