I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Receptionist is VERY unprofessional!

I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. They have a good professional reputation.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
