They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
