They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Does this provider remember you by name?

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment?

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment
