I have experienced terribly unprofessional conduct from my dentists at Johnsburg Dental in Johnsburg, Illinois. They gossip with each other through the entire appointment (my children particularly disliked that), are usually running late, and last time, I had to take a day off work and pull my son out of school for an appointment scheduled for over six weeks (that I had confirmed THREE times), only to be told when we arrived that they couldn't see him because there was no doctor scheduled that day. Huh? Worse than that...they don't bill your insurance as promised and then hound you for payment. I had to actually go in there and make a scene before I learned what they were doing. At first they told me I owed over $800.00 for routine cleanings WITH INSURANCE. They then promised to bill my insurance because it was an oversight. This was not the first time. Last month, I owed 237.00 for my final bill (thankfully we have found a new, and wonderful dentist) - this month it's over $400. Wow...pretty good scam. Be very careful and view your bills carefully!
