I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, I was encouraged to ask as many as I could. There was no rush to get me out and I left feeling very educated and informed.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I would and have referred many people to visit him if they are in need of a new family Doctor or Internal Medicine Doctor. I found him to be an excellent physician that finally helped me and guided me in the right direction to finding answers for my ongoing health problems and if it weren't for him I know I would not be doing as well as I am today I miss him very much and wish for him to return soon so that I can continue my relationship of him being my Permanent PCP and Internal Med Doctor, but until then I have temporarily had to change to another physician that as well has and continues to be very helpful in my health care needs and group of doctors that it requires to keep me healthy and when the issues flare up or my symptoms get worse or show new signs They are there for me and help guide me to resolve and treat without anymore set backs due to lack of information from previous Doctors before Dr. Dial. If it wasn't for Dr. Dial I wouldn't be as healthy as I am today!!! So yes I say to anyone and everyone he is an outstanding and amazing Doctor and goes out of his way for his patience like he did with me...I just wonder why he has been gone for so long, but with the faith of the Lord Jesus Cheist I know that he will be allowed to return and continue to practice Medicine for he is a really great physician and those are few and far between to come by these days!!

License to practice suspended Dec. 2011 They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
