I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me and only care about their pockets.
This is a very dishonest business. They managed to lie me 3 times during single appointment in order to make money on CT scan procedure. They even told me that they called to my insurance and they confirmed that everything will be covered. And only after CAT scan has been complete I found out that I should pay for this out fo my pocket, that the surgical procedure will not be covered by my HMO and also that their "consultation" was useless for my teeth but very expensive
