Poor quality. He would replace a defective molar crown that failed after 1 month -- only if I would pay for new material. Another dentist found Zaffer's crown material was only strong enough for an incisor and too weak for a molar. I had to pay the new dentist for a replacement crown with no insurance help. Zaffer did not reply to my request for a refund and has failed to respond to Humana's request for information about the case.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I have the impression that he recommends treatments not needed and isn't clear about what the problems are.
