I would not recommend this facility for your dentistry needs. Based on various experiences, flexibility is not part of what they stand for. It is one thing to work with a patient, and another to talk down to them. Reimbursements are a whole other story. A respectable professional in any field (especially one holding a Doctoral degree) should know how to treat patients and set "customer comes first" expectations for staff. When an appointment may need to be rescheduled, if it's not done within a certain timeframe, you receive an "I'm concerned, call right away" form letter c/o Dr. Bender. It gets even better when requesting files to be sent to another dentist-that fee is $50, according to the ignorant receptionist working the phone at this practice. After speaking with two other offices, apparently Bender Dental Care does not follow certain codes of conduct amongst dentists within the field. As the saying goes, "buyer beware".
